RULES AND REGULATIONS

Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants are required to adhere to the following rules and regulations

* Open to registered participants aged 25 and older only.
* Entry to the event is free.
* Teams will be assigned by organizers at the venue, and allocations are final.
* Unregistered companions, family members, and children are strictly prohibited.
* Clues will cover wildlife, zoo animals, and Mysuru Zoo.
* Participants must be fit for extensive walking/running and wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
* Event is strictly on foot; bicycles and vehicles are prohibited.
* Late arrivals will not be permitted to participate.
* Participants are responsible for personal belongings; those with medical conditions must carry required medications and inform organizers.
* All zoo rules, staff instructions, and restricted areas must be strictly obeyed.
* Do not touch, feed, approach, or disturb any animals, and keep a safe distance from enclosures.
* Misconduct or disrespect toward staff, visitors, or participants will result in immediate disqualification.
* Any violation of rules or safety guidelines will lead to immediate disqualification without notice.
* Organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel the event, and all evaluation decisions are final and binding.

The activity is designed to promote wildlife awareness, observation skills and conservation knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of safety and respect towards wildlife.
