Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on the behavior, biology, and ecology of zoo animals.
2. Design and implement enrichment programs to enhance the physical and mental well-being of animals.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of conservation initiatives and breeding programs.
4. Coordinate with veterinarians to ensure the health and welfare of animals.
5. Maintain accurate records of animal observations, health status, and research findings.
6. Participate in zoo management activities, including enclosure design and exhibit planning
Minimum/Desired qualification
1. Master's degree in Zoology/ Wildlife Biology/Wildlife management/ Forestry or a related field.
2. Previous experience working with zoo animals is desirable.
3. Strong understanding of animal behavior and ecology
4. Excellent observational and research skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to work with flexibility with respect to office hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: Rs.20,000/- per month
